This also allows you to reach a variety of heights, and to have your tools and materials around you while you work.
Pressure Washer and Paint Sprayer
A pressure washer so you can paint the house evenly and in a short amount of time is a good investment. You will use this again to wash the house after it's painted, and you can use it on vehicles or other areas of the house or property.
A paint sprayer may not be something that you use over and over, so this is an item you also could rent from a construction rental facility. Both of these items make the project easier to do, and they are going to help the project look great.
Nail Gun
If you don't already have a nail gun, you'll want to get one so you can nail on the new shingles that are needed for the roof. The nail gun is a tool you'll use again if you decide to do any work with wood and other building materials, and it's affordable and easy to use.
